Elf on the Shelf Ideas | Blogmas

This year my boyfriend’s family and I decided to do “Elf on the Shelf” which is traditionally done in a house with children- the idea being that Santa has sent the elf or elves to report on whether the children have been naughty or nice this year, and the parents set up little scenes for the children to find in the morning to show that the elves have been active in the house during the night. We wanted to make the elves a bit naughty and do some crazy things in the house, so each night one of us sets the scene up and sends the photo in our group message with a funny caption. It’s actually a lot of fun and if you’re stuck for ideas then I wanted to share some of my favourite scenes that we’ve done so far.

“Row, row, row your elves, gently down the stream!”

“You’re toast!”

“Gone fishin'”

“Elves gone wild!!!”

“Naughty Elves”

“Casual day at the office”

As you can see these clearly aren’t for children but they’re actually really fun to set up and be all creative! I can’t wait to see what the elves get up to on the rest of the run up to Christmas!

Lots of Love,
Daisy xxx
