Highgrove Haul

Hello friends, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! I’m back today with a little impromptu post before I write my ‘What I Got for Christmas’ post tomorrow- it’s going to be a big one so I need some time to prepare myself mentally by getting back into the swing of writing again!

Over the Christmas break I took a mini trip up to Gloucestershire to see my mum at her new house. This was the first time that my boyfriend had been there so it was really nice to show him around the little villages. We went to Tetbury which is a nearby one and visited Highgrove Gardens which is an organic food and homeware shop commissioned by Prince Charles who lives nearby; plus all of the profits go to the Prince of Wales’ Charitable Foundation.

Normally the Highgrove Shop is really pricey, not surprising for a royal approved luxury food shop, but as we’re at the end of the Christmas season there was a massive sale on all items. I decided to take advantage and get a couple of things such as champagne truffles, Christmas fudge and brandy butter- a perfect excuse to eat the last of the mince pies!

I’ll see you all tomorrow for my ‘What I Got for Christmas’ post- it’s going to be a good one!

Lots of Love,
Daisy xxx
